Each MarkRoll is custom-made to your approved design, so personalized items are non-returnable under EU law. We stand behind quality: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the design you approved, we'll remake it or refund you — email us within 14 days with a photo.

Legal basis: EU Directive 2011/83 art. 16(c) / PT Decreto-Lei 24/2014 — custom goods are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right. Any future ready-made products will carry the full 14-day return.
